Sondra and Billie
Sondra Zell and Billie Mercer, both of San Miguel de Allende, came out for a visit. We eagerly put them to work in the fields and were so grateful when they answered our plea for help! What would we do without friends. And Billie brought a homemade loaf of her famous bread for lunch. How wonderful was that!

Never thought I would see the day that I would be harvesting my own lavender in my very own field in the heart of Mexico, but not without the help of friends and adopted Mexican family.
